Gaia Kitchen was founded by Kayan, a private chef with over a decade of experience and a deep love of food rooted in her Lebanese heritage. She started Gaia Kitchen to bring chef-crafted, intentional meals to people who want to eat well without the effort, nourishing the body, calming the mind, and feeding the soul.

With more than a decade of cooking experience, we approach food as a way to slow down, nourish, and feel restored. We cook with fresh, seasonal ingredients, sourcing organic and local whenever possible, and always avoiding seed oils and refined sugar.
