Gaia is founded and operated by Kayan Hamadeh, a Personal Chef based in Vancouver. It was created to celebrate all things food with soul nourishing offerings, including chef-prepared local meal delivery, intimate dining experiences and Supper Club Pop-Ups. Our mission is to provide high quality, healthy, crave-able and delicious food that is sourced locally and seasonally whenever possible.

Select your favourite meals from our weekly rotating menu that is released every Monday evening for delivery on the following Monday. Orders close on Fridays at 10pmPST.

Gaia
The word “Gaia” comes from ancient Greek mythology, where it represents the Goddess of earth, life, and the deep connection between all living things. Gaia is often thought of as the Mother Earth, a symbol of nourishment, harmony, and the natural world itself.
Gaia embodies food that comes from the earth, is prepared with intention, and shared in good company - exactly what we focus on in every dish we create and service we offer.
Upcoming Events
This Valentine’s Day, we’re skipping the pressure and leaning into pleasure. Love Bites is our 7th volume supper club, a flirty, feel-good, five-course dinner designed for girls, girlfriends, and anyone who wants to romance themselves - with friends, lovers, or just their appetite.
Join us on Saturday, February 14, from 6:00–9:30 PM, for a playful, indulgent evening of bites made with love (and a little mischief). Expect a welcome drink and a 5-course dining experience that’s bold, comforting, and just the right amount of extra. Think hearts, drama, deliciousness, and zero rules about who Valentine’s Day is for.

The evening will take place at a secret Vancouver location, revealed closer to the event, because every good love story deserves a little mystery.

With more than a decade of cooking experience, we approach food as a way to slow down, nourish, and feel restored. We cook with fresh, seasonal ingredients, sourcing organic and local whenever possible, and always avoiding seed oils and refined sugar.
