At Gaia Kitchen, we take pride in preparing fresh, made-to-order meals. Because of the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or cancellations once an order has been placed.

That said, your satisfaction matters to us. If there is an issue with your order, such as missing items, incorrect meals, or quality concerns, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@gaiakitchen.ca with details and, if possible, photos of the issue.

We review all concerns on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to make it right. This may include a credit, replacement, or partial refund where appropriate.
