Deliveries
How does the delivery process work?
We personally deliver every week from 9am—6:00pm across Metro Vancouver. Our delivery is no-contact.
Meals are delivered to your front door or left at your apartment building lobby desk and meals are packed in insulated bags with ice packs.
We ask for your email and phone number at checkout should you need to be contacted about delivery.
How do I contact my delivery driver?
Your delivery driver will send you a text message within the hour that your food will be delivered. You can text them back directly.
Is there a delivery charge?
There is a $5 delivery charge for Vancouver delivery, and $10 delivery charge for all other metro Vancouver locations.
Bags and ice-pack return
Please leave your empty bags, jars and ice packs from the week before at your door or lobby so that your delivery driver can swap them when dropping off your new delivery. Subscriptions, reusable bags, jars, and ice packs must be returned; failure to arrange return after cancellation may result in invoicing for replacement costs.

Is your food organic?
We try to source as much organic produce as possible, but in order to remain accessible, it is not 100% organic.
Is all your produce locally sourced?
We do our best to source as much local produce as possible by visiting our local farmer’s markets and opting for local producers.
Tell me about the personalization?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
