Delivery
What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver across Metro Vancouver, including Vancouver, West Vancouver, North Vancouver, Richmond, Burnaby, Tri-Cities, Surrey, Delta, Langley, Tsawwassen, and White Rock.
When are meals delivered?
Delivery days vary by area. East/South Vancouver and Burnaby receive deliveries on Sundays. Downtown and North/West Vancouver receive deliveries on Mondays. All other areas are delivered on Wednesdays.
How does delivery work?
We personally deliver every week from 9am–6pm across Metro Vancouver. Delivery is no-contact — meals are left at your front door, building entrance, or lobby. Your meals are packed in insulated bags with ice packs to keep everything fresh.
Will I know when my delivery is coming?
Yes — your delivery driver will send you a text message within the hour that your food will be delivered. You can text them back directly. We ask for your email and phone number at checkout so we can reach you if needed.
Do I need to be home for delivery?
No — delivery is no-contact and meals will be left at your front door or lobby. Just make sure there's a safe spot for us to leave your bag.
What should I do with my bags, jars, and ice packs?
Please leave your empty insulated bags, glass jars, and ice packs from the previous week at your door or lobby so your driver can swap them when dropping off your new delivery. Reusable bags, jars, and ice packs must be returned. Failure to arrange return after cancellation may result in invoicing for replacement costs.
Ordering & Subscriptions
Is there a minimum order?
Yes — a meal plan subscription is required to order. We do not offer individual meal purchases outside of a plan.
Can I skip, pause, or cancel my subscription?
Yes — you can pause, skip, or cancel at any time by emailing us, as long as your request is received at least 5 days before your next delivery date. Because it's a subscription, skips and changes cannot be made automatically — please reach out directly and we'll take care of it.
Can I customize my weekly meal prep order?
Our weekly meal prep menu is set each week and cannot be modified. If you have specific dietary needs, please review the menu before ordering to ensure it works for you.
When do I need to place my order by?
Orders close on Thursday each week. You'll receive the upcoming menu early in the week so you have time to review before the cutoff.
Food & Packaging
What containers do you use?
We use 40oz containers made from reclaimed and rapidly renewable sugarcane fibres, lined with compostable PLA plastics — making the base 100% compostable. To keep containers sealed tight, lids are still plastic but can be recycled. Soups are sent in microwaveable plastic containers, and extra side sauces come in glass jars.
Where do you source your ingredients?
We prioritize local, seasonal, and organic ingredients wherever possible. Proteins are humanely raised, grass-fed, pasture-raised, and non-GMO when available.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies?
We are able to accommodate some common dietary preferences through our menu options, however we are unable to accommodate serious or life-threatening allergies and restrictions. Please review the menu carefully each week and reach out before ordering if you have any concerns.
How long do the meals keep?
Most meals keep for 4–5 days in the fridge. Soups and stews can also be frozen for up to a month.
Private Chef Membership
What is the Private Chef Membership?
The membership is a fully personalized chef service where Kayan creates a custom weekly menu tailored to your tastes, dietary needs, and lifestyle — then prepares and delivers your meals each week.
What memberships are available?
We offer four tiers: Essential (6 meals / $420 per week), Reset (12 meals / $840 per week), Household (20 meals + snack / $1,320 per week), and Custom Chef (fully bespoke, pricing on consultation).
Is there a minimum commitment for the membership?
No minimum commitment. You can pay weekly or save with a monthly plan — the monthly rate offers a saving compared to paying week to week.
How do I get started with a membership?
