Ordering
How do I order?
Simply select your preferred package on the order page and select wether you would like weekly or bi-weekly deliveries. Once added to cart, you will be prompted to select your preferred weekly delivery date - we deliver on Sundays, Mondays and Wednesdays. Once your order is placed, head to the menu page to select your meals every week.
Can I make modifications to the food?
When placing your meal selections, you can let us know what ingredients you would like us to omit from your meals.
What is the order cut-off?
Orders can be placed up to 3 days before your delivery date. The cutoff to submit your menu selections is every Thursday at 10pm. If you forget to select your meals, we will send you our favourites! The menu is published every Sunday.

Deliveries
How does the delivery process work?
We personally deliver every week from 9am—6:00pm across Metro Vancouver. Our delivery is no-contact.
Meals are delivered to your front door or left at your door or lobby and meals are packed in insulated bags with ice packs.
We ask for your email and phone number at checkout should you need to be contacted about delivery.
How do I contact my delivery driver?
Your delivery driver will send you a text message within the hour that your food will be delivered. You can text them back directly.
Is there a delivery charge?
There is a $5 delivery charge for Vancouver delivery, and $10 delivery charge for all other metro Vancouver locations.
Bags and ice-pack return
Please leave your empty bags, jars and ice packs from the week before at your door or lobby so that your delivery driver can swap them when dropping off your new delivery. Subscriptions, reusable bags, jars, and ice packs must be returned; failure to arrange return after cancellation may result in invoicing for replacement costs.
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver across Metro Vancouver: Vancouver, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Richmond, Burnaby, Port Moody and Coquitlam.
What days do you deliver?
We deliver every Sunday, Monday and Wednesday.
Our Food
Is your food organic?
We try to source as much organic produce as possible, but in order to remain accessible, it is not 100% organic.
Is all your produce locally sourced?
We do our best to source as much local produce as possible by visiting our local farmer’s markets and opting for local producers.
Can I personalize the meals?
Our weekly meal delivery plans are not personalized, but we do offer Personal Chef services for those looking for something more custom.
Packaging and Containers
What containers do you use?
We use 40oz containers made from reclaimed and rapidly renewable sugarcane fibres, lined with compostable PLA plastics - making the base 100% compostable. In order to keep containers sealed tight, the lids will still remain to be plastic which can be recycled! We send our soups in microwaveable plastic containers, and extra side sauces in glass jars.
Are the containers recyclable or compostable?
Our container bases are 100% compostable. The lids and soup containers are 100% recyclable.
