Our Founder
With over a decade of cooking experience and more than four years working as a private chef, Kayan has built a career rooted in intention, creativity, and care through her thoughtful approach to food and community.
Kayan grew up in a Lebanese household where food was everything. Some of her favourite memories are sitting around the table with family or lingering for hours at restaurants, laughing, talking, and sharing beautiful meals. When her mother opened her own restaurant, Kayan’s connection to food deepened even more—she spent years in the kitchen learning how to cook and create dishes that were both comforting and nourishing.
For Kayan, cooking is more than just making food—it’s a creative, grounding practice. Nothing brings her more joy than preparing meals that nourish the body, calm the mind, and feed the soul.
